Optional Additions

Light predictive models — +1 day ($1,200 +GST)
Power BI’s built-in forecasting tools (Premium licence required). Includes custom visuals to show forecasts clearly alongside your actual results.
Custom predictive models — 5–10 days ($6,000–$12,000 +GST) in addition to your dashboard build
Fully customised Python models tailored to your business goals. Delivered with clear Power BI visuals and documentation so you can act on the insights with confidence.
Payment terms: A two-day deposit is required before work begins on custom predictive models. Projects typically run between 5–10 days, and you will be charged for the actual time spent. The remaining balance is payable prior to final handover.

Monthly Retainer — $600/month (+GST)
Up to 5 hours of tweaks, improvements, or new features each month. Ideal for fast-moving businesses that need regular updates.
Quarterly Retainer — $600/quarter (+GST)
A lighter option for small businesses who just want a refresh every few months. Covers up to 5 hours of updates per quarter.
